Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a compassionate and confidential environment for individuals to explore, express, and navigate the complexities of life. In our sessions, we engage in meaningful conversations that promote self-discovery, emotional expression, and personal growth. I provide individual sessions for both adults and adolescents to address a range of challenges they may be facing. Together we will identify goals, develop a treatment plan, and address the challenges that brought you to therapy. These sessions typically last 50 minutes. Learn more about my specialties here.
Family Therapy
In a family therapy session, I meet with members of a family together to address relational dynamics, communication patterns, and specific challenges they may be facing. Through open discussion, I help family members understand each other's perspectives, and we collaborate to develop strategies for resolving conflicts, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. The goal is to promote understanding, unity, and positive change within the family system.
