My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. When you come into my office, I want you to feel fully seen and heard. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, and goals.  Life is short and we only get one – you deserve to live the one you want. Together we will work to develop new ways of approaching your life to assist you in facing each day with confidence and resilience.

My practice focuses primarily on the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to substance use, and challenges of emerging adults and adolescents. Through evidence-based techniques and individualized treatment plans, my goal is to empower you to overcome your challenges and live a more fulfilling life. I am certified in Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.  I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles where I was awarded Highest Academic Honors. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and I provide in-person sessions in Monrovia, California as well as telehealth sessions through video conferencing for those residing in California.

As someone who has spent years on my own mental health journey, I can say with sincerity that I would be honored to be a part of yours.
